One usage balance
You pay for work done, not steps configured.
A run is one workflow going from start to finish — however many steps that takes. Runs, AI work, and document processing all draw from a single monthly balance, so the subscription stays predictable and heavy months scale with the work.
AI assistance
AI work uses credits based on the type and amount of assistance requested.
Document processing
Preparing documents for cited answers uses the same visible workspace balance.

Can I try RAPTIX without a card?+
When a free trial is available, its length, included plan, and card requirement appear above from the current RAPTIX offer. If no trial is shown, you can still create a Free workspace.
What happens when a trial ends?+
The current trial offer explains the next plan before you start. Your workflows, documents, and history remain in the workspace; capabilities outside the resulting plan pause until you choose an eligible plan.
What counts as one run?+
One workflow going from its start step to its end, however many steps it contains. A five-step approval and a twenty-step process both count as a single run. AI steps inside the run draw extra usage; steps without AI cost very little.
Is pricing per seat?+
Each live plan card shows its Workspace price and included seats. If your plan supports extra seats, Billing shows their current Credit renewal cost before the Billing Owner confirms a change.
What happens if we need more usage?+
Eligible workspaces can open Billing to see the Credit Packs currently offered, their live prices, and their expiry terms before checkout.
Can we pay annually?+
When annual billing is available, use the billing-period switch above. Each live plan card shows the exact annual total, monthly equivalent, and saving for that offer.
Are taxes included?+
The live plan card and checkout state the applicable tax treatment and exact total before payment. Any local-currency conversion or bank fee is controlled by the payment provider or your bank.
