Privacy Policy

RAPTIX is a workflow automation, AI agent, and document intelligence platform operated by OneLogicTech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to raptix.app and all workspace subdomains.

Account data: your name, email address, workspace name, and password (stored only as a salted hash). We use your email to verify your account and to send service messages.

Content you provide: the documents, workflows, messages, and settings you create or upload ("Your Content").

Usage data: logs and metrics such as feature usage, run counts, AI usage, and error diagnostics, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Technical data: IP address and basic device/browser information, used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

We use your information to provide and secure the service, authenticate you, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, communicate with you about your account, and improve RAPTIX. We do not sell your personal information.

Each workspace's data is logically isolated from every other workspace at the database level. Members of one workspace cannot access another workspace's content. Administrators control who may join and what members can see within their own workspace.

To power AI features, relevant content (such as a document excerpt or your prompt) is sent to AI model providers to generate a response. We do not permit your content to be used to train third-party foundation models. Your Content is processed only to deliver the feature you invoked.

We rely on a small set of infrastructure and AI providers (for hosting, email delivery, and model inference) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

We retain Your Content for as long as your workspace is active. When you delete content or your workspace, it is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal retention requirements. You can export your data before deletion.

We protect data in transit with TLS and apply access controls, tenant isolation, and encryption for sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data and Your Content through your workspace or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.
