Terms of Service

RAPTIX ("RAPTIX", "we", "us") is a workflow automation, AI agent, and document intelligence platform operated by OneLogicTech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using RAPTIX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

When you sign up you create a workspace with its own address (yourname.raptix.app). The first verified user becomes the workspace administrator and is responsible for managing members and access.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use RAPTIX to send spam or unsolicited messages; to store or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces or gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data; to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; or to violate any applicable law.

Automations, AI agents, and code nodes you configure run on our infrastructure. You are responsible for what your automations do and for any content they generate, send, or process.

RAPTIX offers a free tier and paid plans. Free workspaces are subject to usage limits, including a monthly cap on AI usage and limits on concurrent and scheduled runs. We may adjust these limits to protect the service.

Paid subscriptions have a fixed Workspace price and include the seats and monthly Credits shown at purchase. Extra seats and RAPTIX email addresses renew from the Workspace Credit balance. If that balance cannot cover an add-on, the excess member or address may be suspended without deleting its data.

Included monthly Credits expire at the end of their cycle and do not roll over. Purchased Credit Packs are closed-loop service-use balances, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 365 days after purchase. The Billing Owner is responsible for authorized purchases and billing changes for the Workspace.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for subscription and Credit Pack rules.

You retain all rights to the documents, workflows, and data you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

Each workspace's data is logically isolated from every other workspace. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

RAPTIX uses AI models to generate text, decisions, and automations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it for important decisions. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated results.

We work to keep RAPTIX available and reliable but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using RAPTIX and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, we will make Your Content available for export for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAPTIX and OneLogicTech LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of RAPTIX will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
