The colleagues
One is working today. One is being built. The rest are on the list, and what you tell us moves them up it.
- Customer support deskWorking now
Reads every customer email that reaches its address and its attachments, asks what is missing, hands you one task with four buttons, sends your decision in the customer's language, and keeps what you taught it at closing.
- Accounts deskBeing built now
For collecting, organising and following up invoices, and reports from the files it receives. It chases politely, then firmly. A customer's reply changes the next step: a promised date is waited for, a dispute comes to you. Paid is confirmed by you or by a source you define, never read from a bank.

- Documents chaserPlanned
Asks for the missing files, reads what arrived, reminds about only what is still missing, and brings it to you when the file will not complete.

- Deadlines and renewalsPlanned
Reads the date out of the contract, holds the thread for months, reminds before the day, and asks you what to do.

- ApprovalsPlanned
We are imagining a colleague that routes the approval to the right person and reminds or escalates by rules you set.
We are gathering demand only. Nothing is promised for a date.

What every colleague is getting
Earned autonomy
Being built nowIt will keep score of how often you agree with it, and ask to handle a type of case alone once it has earned it. You will flip one switch per type. Everything it does alone will stay visible and reversible, and an overrule lowers the score again.
Today: you decide how much it does on its own, and you can set the certainty at which it acts without asking. The track record is what is being built.
Something else? You can describe a process and RAPTIX proposes its steps within what it can do today. You review it and test it before switching it on.
