Customer support deskWorking now
A desk that reads every message arriving at your RAPTIX address and the screenshot with it, asks for what is missing, and hands you one task with four buttons. Your decision goes back in the customer's language. It keeps what you taught it at closing.
01
A customer writes about something that stopped working, and attaches a screenshot. Nobody is at the desk, and the message is already read.

02
It reads the message and the attachment, in whatever language they arrived in, and transcribes the error text out of the screenshot. If details are missing it asks the customer two to five precise questions in their language and waits for the answer.

03
Then there is one task: the customer, the probable cause, numbered steps to try, and four buttons. Fixed, Can't fix, In progress, Ask the customer.

04
You press one button and write a line in your own language. The desk turns that line into a clean email in the customer's language, in the same thread, with internal names and instructions removed.

05
At closing it reads your note, not the customer's text, and keeps only what is reusable: a recurring cause and its fix, a scope rule, a preference. In this test, the next similar task opened with that note already in it.

It sends the acknowledgement and the clarifying questions on its own. The decision on the case is yours. Then it writes the customer's reply from your decision and your note, in their language.
Free to start. Pro is $19 a month and includes a usage balance that covers about 250 to 500 full cases a month, depending on the case. Bought separately, a case costs between 5 and 10 cents.
Drafting is the small part. The desk receives the email, reads the attachments, asks the customer what is missing, and sends the reply after you press one button.
On its own it sends two things: an acknowledgement, and questions about missing details. Everything of substance comes from your decision and your note, with internal names removed.
You get a RAPTIX address. Customers write to it, or you forward from the address you use today. No mailbox to connect.
Arabic, English and French were tested end to end. Language is detected per message: your customer reads theirs, your task is written in yours.
On day 14 the trial ends. You move to Free, nothing is charged.
