Open /knowledge-analytics-docs or select Knowledge Base in Analytics.

This view reports:

• document, chunk, and extracted-image totals;
• Documents by File Type;
• Processing Status;
• Content Chunk Types;
• Document Size Distribution;
• Most Referenced Documents; and
• Unused Documents.

Use unused documents to find content that was not cited during the selected period, not to prove that a document has no value. Check the date range, intended audience, and assistant scope before removing it.

Processing-status problems should be investigated in /knowledge-documents or Auto-Sync Job History. Analytics itself does not reprocess or delete content.
