Review Security and Audit Analytics

Open /knowledge-analytics-security or select Security in Analytics.

The page provides:

• Dashboard: access-decision KPIs, trends, classifications, rejection reasons, denied documents, and policy coverage;
• Audit Log: searchable access records;
• Rejections: denied or failed access decisions; and
• Policies: policy records, shown only to administrators.

Use the shared date range and Refresh, then select a sub-tab. Search and sort the table before opening or exporting a detail.

A denial can be expected policy behaviour. Verify the user, resource, time, classification, allowed roles, and deny action before treating it as an error. If protected content was incorrectly allowed, restrict or deactivate the affected assistant or document access and investigate immediately.
